KUNSERV is an incentive program conceptualized by the group, is being implemented for four years now. It is an incentive-based program of the camp that encourages people and the community to take part in preserving thepawikan population by not disturbing their nesting ground and surrendering the creature to properauthorities and eventually freeing them to the sea.

For every pawikan surrendered to the authorities and released to the sea, the group will grant incentives such as reward of cash or rice.

By incentivizing the surrender of every pawikan, caught by accident or other circumstances, to the authority through the Office of the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources or the Philippine National Police, the goals of addressing the urgent needs of the locals alongside bringing education and awareness to the community can be reached.

As of date, the group and the MENRO were able to free a total of 123 pawikan, mostly hawksbill sea turtles, to the sea.
