LOLASAYONG SURF CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS Club Member Pre-Requisites: • Must attend lessons and lectures on the Basics of Surfing. Surf Level 1, 2 , 3 or 4 Class- Surfing is the foundation of our club. You have to know the basic of surfing to be a club member. • Surf Class for Beginners.- You have to take a class or private lesson for at least 3 hrs and then upon coaches approval you can surf in a weekly surf session. • Every member when using a surf board is required to use surfboard leash which is not included in the free membership package. • You have to pledge to protect and preserve the environment and join activities for and related to environmental awareness programs and projects. (5 minute Beach Clean-Up). As a Club Member: • I will receive unlimited access to Lola Sayong Surfboards • I will receive 10% discounts on any gear we sell (not valid for used gear) • Free Entrance • I will receive 5% discounts on Grannys Grub products. • Free Surf Sessions and Trainings. • Members are required to sign up and enter their promo code for all classes and tours. • 5% Discount on facilities and equipment that requires rentals except for surfboards. Upon Completion of Level 2 • Use of intermediate boards SURF CLUB Availability: Boards are available 7 days a week. Saturdays and Sundays from 6 am- 4 pm are the busiest times at Lola Sayong Eco-Surfarm and we recommend that club members reserve their board in advance by calling or booking online at www.lolasayong.org. Rules and Regulations: 1. All members must comply with the rules and regulations of Lola Sayong Eco Surfarm including: staying within the boundaries of Lola Sayong Surfarm when using the surfboard unless there is a special permit from the management of Lola Sayong Eco-Surfarm to do so. Beginner surfers are recommended to paddle with a partner and always wear a leash. 3. Lola Sayong Eco-Surfarm Surf Rules and Regulations: Treat equipment, facilities and others with utmost care and respect; Surf boards can only be used within our location and cannot be taken off within the premises of LolaSayong Surfarm or borrowed for a weekend outing. Drinking alcoholic beverages before or during surfing is strictly prohibited. A zero tolerance rule is in effect; member will be stripped of club membership for the remaining membership term with no refund given. Any equipment damaged will be subject to payment immediately (day of) from the individual who made the damage. At any point in time an individual or family may be stripped of their membership plan and no refund awarded. 4. Surfboards will be shared amongst members as needed on the first come first serve basis. 5. If in any case, a pledge to join environmental awareness programs, projects and activities is broken, a fee of 200.00 per activity shall be paid in full before member can return to Lola Sayong Surf Club activities. Restrictions: • Free surfboards and entrances applies to members only. Using of members privilege to family members and friends of club member is strictly prohibited and ground for invalidation and revocation of club membership. • Surfboards must be returned to designated surf board rack after using it. Leaving of surf board on beach or huts when not in use is strictly prohibited. • Surf Club member are not allowed to use the surfing for teaching relatives or friends. This will be an automatic ground for invalidation and revocation of membership with the possibility of paying the hours used for teaching and without refund of membership fee. • Surf Boards shall be used only at Lola Sayong Surf Farm and not on an any different spots. Personal Liability: -Equipment Damage: Due to neglect or failure or refusal to obey rules, members will be responsible for any damage to equipment including dings, scrapes, damages to boards as well as any losses. Damages must be payed for in full before member can return to Lola Sayong Surf Club activities. -LOLA SAYONG ECO SURFARM and the Lola Sayong Surf Club are not responsible for any personal injury or liability occurring on or near the Surfarm . We are also not responsible for any accidents that occur on or off the water. We recommend to always surf with another club member and if not to wear a required leash PRICES AND PAYMENTS – Individual: Yearly- 850.00 – Couples: Yearly- 1,600.00 – Contract: All club members will have to sign a contract or a club policy agreement that also includes a financial contract in case of membership cancellation. After a year of membership, club members do not have to continue to sign a contract each year and can cancel at anytime. – Pricing may be changed annually and effective upon annual renewal. TERMS *An early cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract will be charged to the payment account on record for all other early cancellations within the membership term. If you cancel your monthly membership and wish to renew again the following year then you will be required to pay the full amount.
